Processing / Packing Time

All orders are packed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second notification once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Funky Monkey Soap Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
